The role has a focus on driving best in practice employee relations and people performance culture.Ideally based in Blenheim we are flexible around whether you are looking for part time or full time, offering you the work life balance you are looking for.You are an HR professional with a passion for employee/industrial relations as the role supports leaders who are managing employees covered by a Collective Agreement.
