About this role
We are a great team, supporting a vibrant, diverse and purposeful organisation. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to provide excellent end to end coordination support to the People & Capability team and our customers.
In this role you will be helping us deliver a great employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle. This role will require you to be highly organised and have an eye for detail. Your ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, use your initiative and develop great relationships will be highly valued.
We are also commencing a transformative HRIS project, so being adaptable to change and identifying areas for improvement will be critical.
About You
You'll enjoy coordinating HR processes and understand the value and importance of the work you do. You'll be someone who gains great satisfaction from developing, creating and maintaining processes to support great HR outcomes and decision-making. You'll be adaptable to change, and enjoy the challenge that comes with changing HR technology. You'll likely be an experienced coordinator, looking for an opportunity to develop and add further value. You'll be supportive, fun, have a great attitude, and also have the ability to put your head down when needed.
