Based in Auckland and reporting to the HR Business Partner, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our HR function operates smoothly and effectively. You will assist with building a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all our employees.
You'll be the backbone of our team and the cornerstone of our people-related activities, providing a high level of HR coordination to the HR team and managers in the Auckland region. Our core values will guide your every action.
Your daily routine will involve executing tasks set by your manager while proactively fostering a thriving people culture within our organisation.

We're looking for someone with: A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Diploma in HR Management or a Bachelor of CommerceA minimum of two years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on Employment Relations, union environments, or HR administrationCompetent in IT systems e.g. HR systems, Microsoft suiteStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
