3 month Project Change Programme Flexible Hours Our client is a nationwide utilities company. They are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to come in and support two Managers while the business goes through some organisational changes, and so have a need for an experienced Business Partner / Senior Advisor to join them on a contract basis. We are therefore searching for an experienced practitioner who will join the team, with responsibility for supporting change processes including job design, assessing impacts, preparing consultation packs and facilitating meetings. We view this role as a challenging opportunity that will suit a trusted pair of hands who can manage effective relationships including at Senior Management level. Due to the nature of the role, candidates will need to be able to hit the ground running and bring proven HR skills and experience and good attention to detail. Applicants will then need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, be willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in managing the changes that will be required.
