The firm enjoys a great culture, offering a supportive and collaborative environment with a strong focus on employee wellbeing.About the Role:Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and property transactions.Advising clients on legal matters, including property development, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.Drafting and reviewing business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, commercial contracts, franchising and shareholder agreements.Collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.About You:Our client values maintaining strong client relationships, making exceptional technical and interpersonal skills essential.
You should be driven to build your own client base, be a self-starter with a commercial mindset, and work autonomously.
