Position Purpose

To deliver day to day Human Resources services across the Hamilton site by collaborating with Business Leaders, employees, and external consultants.

Experience

Extensive experience in general Human Resources services including Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Development, Engagement and Retention initiatives.
Some experience in Recruitment.
Experience as a Superuser with HRIS systems (Success Factors an advantage).
Must be detail-focused.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics.
Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, etc.
Able to write and document Letters, Policies, and procedures.
Keep up to date with current recruitment, sourcing, and retention practices and data.
