Our HR Business Partnering team partners with their own portfolio of people leaders, including Chief Executives, to provide exceptional support and guidance on a range of operational and strategic HR initiatives. About the role | Mo tenei turanga mahi
We have a 14-month fixed term parental leave cover opportunity, to start in the New Year and go through until March 2026. We're looking for someone who is values aligned, who has HR generalist experience with a passion for ER, strengths, coaching and partnering to join our Business Partner and Advisory team, which is part of our wider People and Culture team.
This role is varied and covers a range of initiatives including:
Employment relations: Partner closely with managers and Chief Executives, to coach and assist on performance and disciplinary matters and change processes.
Stakeholder engagement: Deliver prompt, efficient, personalised service, developing strong relationships across all levels of the Wise Group and be a trusted partner and influencer.
Capability building: Take a coaching approach to build and develop your portfolio's capability.
Champion core methodologies: Learn, apply and implement the Wise Group's solutions, including those relating to coaching, remuneration, and staff engagement.
Project work: Lead and contribute to our People and Culture projects.
You'll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from both home and the office. We work across the motu so some travel may be required.
