Job Description This role works in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop, and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs of the site and overall ANJ People strategy. You will be required to implement and facilitate the requirements as per KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System). About the role: Develop and review strategic people plans that support the business objectives at BU and local levels. Coach, support, and train managers/employees and direct reports on effective and consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and applicable legislation, ensuring compliance. Support people leaders and direct reports through people management processes e.g. disciplinary, grievances, absenteeism, performance management, ensuring due process is applied. Work with the Head P&P, Supply ANJ and direct reports to negotiate Collective Employment Agreements in good faith. Provide advice in the appropriate application of Employment Agreements and support during the management of any proposed or actual industrial action. Provide sound/timely responses in order to minimise Kraft Heinz's exposure to risk. Provide support to Hiring Managers e.g. assisting with shortlisting & interviewing for senior roles, and more generally compliance at site to recruitment processes. Provide oversight to the general Engage in talent management processes in collaboration with L&D team (i.e., lead OPR and merit review on site). Work with rewards team to understand site budget and ensure adherence throughout the year, ensuring adoption of zero-based budgeting principles. Prepare monthly KPI data for MPR's and develop action plans to support progress of KPIs. Support escalations regarding payroll accuracy and employee enquiries. Maintain a future focus and work towards ensuring that local HR services are aligned with global and zone focus. Identify and recommend improvements relating to HR processes to increase operational efficiencies whilst adopting industry practices. About you: Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline - mandatory. 5+ years experience in an HR role. Experience within manufacturing/FMCG preferred. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to navigate ambiguity and problem solve. Ability to be impartial and consider all points of view in any scenario.
