About the role:
Working collaboratively within the SLT your exceptional relationship building and organisational skills will be instrumental in keeping all things HR running seamlessly across the business. This is a busy and varied role which is involved in a range of projects and activities, where juggling priorities and making things happen is all in a day's work. Key responsibilities include:
Provide HR support to include employment, discipline, salary administration, performance management, organizational development, change management, recognition programs, and HR related training; Provide coaching and counselling to employees and managers as needed; Provide guidance and development of HR team members as needed; Support with HR projects and initiatives as required; Champion employee engagement, full cycle recruitment, culture, onboarding, and retention; Provide coaching and advisory to leaders to build their knowledge and skills; Proactively analyse and report on key metrics and monitor trends. About you: You'll be someone who works well with others, has great communication, and who can manage sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretion. Sometimes we just need to roll up our sleeves to help others get stuff done – so you'll harness your flexibility and can-do attitude to rise to the challenge, whilst being able to maintain your composure when you are under the pump. While this role has variety and lots of moving parts, there is also still a healthy balance with more routine tasks.
You will have: 3+ years of proven experience in an HR advisory role, covering the broad generalist spectrum of HR, building strong and beneficial working relationships with internal customers, colleagues, and service providers; Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the business; High emotional intelligence in coaching interactions; Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations within the business; A can-do attitude with high levels of resilience; Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline or Human Resources or equivalent work experience required.
