Mo teTuranga | About the role Reportingto our Head of People & Culture, Consumer ANZ, you will provide customerfocused, commercial advice locally and across the Tasman.
You will become atrusted advisor on all people related matters and implement people and cultureinitiatives.
A key part of your role will be to influence and coach leaderswith employee and industrial relations matters as well as contributing to strategicinitiatives and people projects.
Our team ishighly supportive, and you will also be able to lean on our wider people andculture team including People Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility, HealthSafety Wellbeing and Payroll.
There maybe some travel for this role as we arewidespread but it's not frequent.
We are located in Highbrook, Auckland.
Ra-ki-te-Ra| Day-to-Day Collaborate with business functional teams by providing your expert advice and support to leaders, line managers and our people across all areas of the people journey.
Build a deep understanding of team strategies, goals, and objectives.
Whilst being aware of the challenges and opportunities facing the business and how teams can contribute to achieving strategic objectives.
Lead and support performance and behavioural issues, workplace investigation, disciplinary management and involvement in complex cases.
Coach leaders and building capability around people processes.
Be actively involved in coordinating and delivering key projects and operational people & culture matters.

This role will challenge you to learnand adapt fast so to help you, you will need a few things Proven generalist experience, interacting with all levels of employees including senior management.
Experience with IR/ER case management including NZ legislative landscape.
Knowledge of the Health Safety at Work Act to support our Health Safety and Wellbeing team.
Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach.
Build genuine relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, becoming a trusted expert within the business.
Tertiary qualification.
