Support senior managers with talent management, dispute resolution, coaching and development.

Mo nga pukenga | Qualifications and experience Tertiary qualification in HR or related degree 6-8 years' experience in relevant roles Excellent communication skills Proven success at building relationships and resolving issues Mo te tima | About the team Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the P&C team, including operational HR, L&D and the H&S team.
The team is supported by 2 People & Capability Coordinators.
