You will become a trusted advisor on all people-related matters and implement people and culture initiatives. A key part of your role will be to influence and coach leaders with employee and industrial relations matters as well as contributing to strategic initiatives and people projects.Our team is highly supportive, and you will also be able to lean on our wider people and culture team including People Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility, Health Safety Wellbeing, and Payroll. There may be some travel for this role as we are widespread, but it's not frequent.
