HR Business Partner | BelfastMCS Group HR is thrilled to be representing an excellent organisation based in Belfast, who wish to appoint an HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis.The RoleThe HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing a confidential, effective employee relations and business partner resources. To contribute as an integral member of the HR Department to the provision of a modern, professional, innovative, high-quality and responsive HR service in order to meet organisational requirements.Main duties include:Helping promote a learning culture where people are continually learning & developing.Identifying, developing and delivering training opportunities through various methods including performance appraisals, training needs analysis, colleague feedback and more.Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on all complex HR issues and coach, support, train and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, taking into account current legislation and relevant codes of practice.Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the People, Development and Compliance strategy in support of the business strategy.Help prepare the annual training budget, track the L&D budget spend.Support and advise colleagues in disciplinary & grievance matters.Support in recruitment activities.Provide assistance in absence management and reward & recognition.This job description is not an exhaustive list of dutiesThe Successful candidate:At least 2 years' experience in a similar role at a similar level AND current professional membership of the CIPD at Associate Level or above.ORAt least 5 years' experience in a similar role AND currently studying towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).Where membership has lapsed, we accept if you can demonstrate the ability to obtain this within 6 months of closing date.The PackageThe role is Full Time 37 hours per week and the salary scale is £37,500 - £41,500 per annum.Some of the benefits include:Hybrid working – 3 days in the office34 days annual leave (Includes public holidays)Your birthday off12% employer pension contributionFlexi-timeHealth Cash PlanCycle to work schemeThis is a growing business, looking to take the next step in their journey, presenting an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Simon Markey, HR Recruitment Specialist at MCS Group.
