The role will ensure interpretation, alignment, and execution of the People Strategy and at the same time will deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the NZ business.

You will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to; Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities:

Build and foster positive community relationships with all stakeholders.
Proactively recommend and implement strategies to engage teams with the business purpose, vision and values, and align culture and behaviors.
Provide counsel, advice and coaching to managers to enhance the performance of their colleagues and address people issues.
Partner with relevant stakeholders on all areas of the employee life cycle including but not limited to; organisational/ structural change, cultural change, reward & recognition systems, compensation & benefits, individual/ team development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, L&D initiatives and employment relations in line with JLL policies and procedures.
Providing industrial/ employee relations advice and support whilst ensuring relevant legislation, agreements and policies are complied with.
Conducting workplace investigations and providing recommendations/ assistance as required.
Support the JLL People Strategy and roll out of all HR initiatives.
Develop and implement people analytic reports as per the business needs.
Partner with Head of L&D for Australia to support L&D functions and deliver face to face and online training modules.

Tertiary qualifications in HR/ ER, with proven experience in group relationship management, Employee Relations, Case Management, and project work. The ability to provide high quality service to the business in a changing environment will ensure you succeed in this fabulous opportunity.

You love working as part of a collaborative HR team as well as autonomously and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach. You'll also be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business.

Holding superior communication skills (written and verbal), you thrive on change and have an "I can get it done and drive results" mentality. You are resilient and can take ownership whilst helping others.

You can diagnose issues and develop options/ solutions with a strong delivery focus. You embrace new digital technology and understand processes and systems.
