We have two fixed term roles available:
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources – Group Services
12 months fixed term, full time (parental leave) opportunity.
This role supports key functional groups including Supply Chain, Finance and Legal. (approx. 600 employees)
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager – Product Groups.
6-month fixed term, full-time (parental leave) opportunity.
This role supports our Research and Development teams (approx. 1,100 employees)
Our business relies on the Human Resources team to contribute to its success by providing a high level of strategic and operational support across our diverse workforce. these roles will support our leaders across the full employee life cycle including employment relations, organisational design and succession planning, performance management, and coaching our leaders to build their capability.
About you
We are looking for a self-motivated, strong communicator who is pragmatic and solutions focused to join our team. We are dedicated to adding value to our stakeholders and doing our part to ensure our business achieves its strategic objectives. Key to your success will be:
4 to 5 years HR experience in a broad generalist role in a large organisation
Success in engaging and influencing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Drive to improve processes and ways of working.
Sound technical and professional HR knowledge together with good business and commercial awareness.
Strong experience with employment relations, including change management and performance management.
Ability to form relationships at all levels to enable you to partner successfully with our employees, leaders, and your colleagues.
Ability to deliver outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations.
Partner with our specialist Workplace Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Shared Services teams to deliver high quality and timely advice.
