Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity The primary purpose of the role is to provide an advisory service to address employee queries and requests within agreed timeframes and practices. The team also plays a key part in onboarding employees preparing all offer documentation and following through with successful candidates to ensure effective on-boarding into the organisation. The HR Advisor will work collaboratively and with a customer service mindset to provide a seamless delivery of HR services to the organisation. This role will see the HR Advisor being a key liaison in triaging various queries such as ER matters to the HRBP team to support and resolve.

The HR Advisor will provide first-line telephone, email and face to face support for various HR support queries and take ownership of resolving enquiries or ensuring queries are escalated to the appropriate specialist team.
The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the internal Recruitment Team and the wider HR team to provide a seamless recruitment and onboarding service for the organisation. They will be able to recommend and action improvements for internal systems and information provided to employees, templates, and processes to make it easier for managers and employees to engage with HR requests.
This role will work closely and collaboratively with HR Advisors, recruitment colleagues, payroll colleagues and the wider HR team to provide a seamless delivery of HR administration for the organisation.
Tertiary qualification in HR or business (preferred)Intermediate knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applicationsComputer literate with experience using online resources/toolsProven organisational skills and a strong attention to detailDemonstrated experience in adapting to timebound demands & urgent requirements.
