This role is responsible for:
Organisational Development: Drive initiatives that support the continuous improvement of our organisational culture, structures, and processes.
Learning & Development: Coordinate staff training and ensure accurate records are kept of all training attended by employees. Partner with managers and leaders to identify skill gaps and design appropriate training and development programs.
HR Advice & Employment Relations: Provide expert advice to managers on employment relations, performance management, and coaching conversations.
Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and work-life balance.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate care and upskilling people leaders.
Industrial Relations: Maintain strong relationships with unions and employee representatives.
What We're Looking For:
A tertiary qualification in HR or Organisational Development (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or OD roles.
A consultative personality with strong coaching and feedback skills.
Proven experience in learning and development initiatives, with the ability to coordinate training programmes and leadership development.
Strong experience in recruitment processes and process improvement.
High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
