About the role This role covers all aspects of HR in our Wellington office but works very closely and is well supported by the HR Director and team in Auckland.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Providing top-quality and proactive HR client service to Bell Gully staff and partners, Facilitation of our summer intern and graduate recruitment processes and programmes for the office, End to end lateral recruitment of top legal and business support talent, On-boarding/induction and off-boarding processes, Identifying and implementing best-practice HR strategies and projects that enable the firm to meet its strategic objectives, Fostering the firm's culture and values and building a culture of high-performance, Working with Manager's to get the best out of their people, Other opportunities based on the skills you bring and where your passion lies.
Ideally you will have: Client service aptitude with an ability to build strong working relationships, A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed, Strong relationship builder comfortable working with people with a variety of experience, Five plus years' generalist HR experience, Excellent written & verbal communications skills, Good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply in a corporate or professional services firm.
