Job Description As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as the business partner to regional leaders across our store network. You will be relied on as the trusted advisor for your region to provide sound commercial and practical HR advice on a range of matters, such as employment relations, performance management, absence management, talent management, succession planning, engagement, change management and learning and development.
Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience you will: Build strong relationships with the Regional and Store Leadership and provide hands-on support on a range of HR matters Ensure HR processes are delivered consistently within areas Ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation and company policies and procedures Lead and participate in HR projects Assist the business in delivering strategies to build organisational performance and capability with their teams Qualifications We need individuals who are: Passionate about people with a knack for understanding their needs and motivations Natural and confident collaborators who can build trust and influence at a senior level Problem solvers who bring creative solutions to the table Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of the finer details Customer centric with a growth mindset A passionate coach A team player who thrives in a supportive team environment Qualifications/experience: Previous high volume employment relations advisory experience Exposure to union bargaining is an advantage but not essential Strong commercial and business acumen Additional Information At TWG, we believe in giving people the opportunity to grow, develop and realise their career ambitions.
