This role is key to setting new benchmarks for employee retention, development and satisfaction in the industry. Based at our Global Head Office in Morrinsville, our small HR team partners with our national team of 400 to provide guidance and support with all things people including: HR, Payroll and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. You will: Coach and guide our people leaders, providing expert guidance on people and performance will be key, as will your expertise in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Offer HR advice on a range of issues and policies. Coach, guide and advise our people leaders on people and performance matters. Add your own flair to impactful HR & HS policies, procedures and manager guidelines. Resolve employee relations matters collaboratively with the business. Drive recruitment with a full end-to-end management approach. Craft clear and compelling job descriptions. Provide backup payroll support. You will bring: 3+ years HR generalist experience. Proven success in supporting managers with diverse people-related issues. Expertise in attracting, retaining and developing Top talent. Strong advisory skills with experience in various HR functions. Self-driven focus and a team player. An understanding of Payroll and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. We can offer you: A competitive remuneration package.
