Human Resources Advisor - Employment Relations Join our HR team and help foster a workforce that supports New Zealanders with disabilities to maximise their potential.
Spectrum Foundation is the parent company for Spectrum Care and Homes of Choice.
All three organisations are engaged in activities and services that strive to improve the lives of disabled New Zealanders and their families.
Homes of Choice is focussed on the provision of housing, whilst Spectrum Care employs staff that provide a variety of care and support services.
Spectrum Foundation has grown steadily over the last 25 years.
Together, these three charitable organisations now employ about 1,300 staff across the North Island.
As well as being involved in philanthropy, Spectrum Foundation provides shared services for Spectrum Care and Homes of Choice.
As an HR Advisor, you would partner with managers in these organisations to shape and implement the HR support services they need to sustain a thriving workforce that is well-equipped to enhance the lives of disabled people.
