We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Advisor ('People Specialist') on a 12-month fixed-term contract, thanks to an internal promotion.
This role is all about supporting the HR function and business, playing a key part in delivering top-notch HR services across the People function.

About the role: Provide a wide range of HR support and advice while handling Employee Relations cases, change projects, and union-related activities.
Partner with business functions to help them achieve their goals by offering expert HR advice.
Advise leaders on achieving quality outcomes that minimise risk.
Build HR capability within the business to support engagement, leadership, talent, remuneration, and performance.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve HR processes and support change initiatives.
Provide support in reporting and insights for HR-related metrics.
What you'll bring to the role: We're looking for a motivated HR professional with 2+ years of experience in an HR role and solid generalist HR knowledge.
You should have a strong focus on delivering results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities with ease.
Your knowledge and influencing skills will help you quickly build credibility with stakeholders, and your team spirit and can-do attitude will set you apart.
