About the role: As the HR Advisor, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing expert HR advice, particularly in ER processes, collective agreements, and industrial relations. Day To Day Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support, focusing on ER processes and industrial relations Navigate and manage collective agreements and union interactions Implement and improve HR policies and processes where relevant to align with best practice Utilise your analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making Collaborate with a professional team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Start Date: ASAP to allow for handover with the incumbent. Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home, with flexibility as needed.
