About the role: As the HR Advisor, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing expert HR advice, particularly in ER processes, collective agreements, and industrial relations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is looking to make a meaningful impact.
Day To Day Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support, focusing on ER processes and industrial relations
Navigate and manage collective agreements and union interactions
Implement and improve HR policies and processes where relevant to align with best practice
Utilise your analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making
Collaborate with a professional team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Start Date: ASAP to allow for handover with the incumbent.
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home, with flexibility as needed.
About You: You are an experienced HR professional with a background in industrial relations and collective agreements. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to be a key player in the team.
Your Key Attributes Include Strong experience in HR advisory roles with a focus on ER and industrial relations
Proven ability to implement and improve HR policies and processes
Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset
A fun and personable demeanour that contributes to a positive team culture
Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000
Flexibility to work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
