We are searching for a like-minded HR Advisor who will take a collaborative and honest approach to ensuring a solid foundation for achieving the highest-quality outcomes as we grow our organisational capabilities. About the role Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees. Manage all HR functions for LIVEFIRM, such as creating the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and immigration visa processing. Facilitate and design employee onboarding, training, and induction. Provide advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations. Manage and enhance the performance appraisals and training programs. Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including visa regulations and HR-related documentation. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a similar industry. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations with experience developing and implementing policies and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to speak Mandarin would be considered advantageous.
