Recruitment, operational and administration focus Thrive in an innovative utility network Full medical, life and income protection insurance About the roleThis is a key role in a small HR team, responsible for our recruitment process and getting great talent into our organisation. You will have experience in working with managers to fill vacancies, writing position descriptions, advertisements and interviewing and selecting candidates. A strength in building relationships will help to effectively communicate and guide employees and managers through a great employee experience.You will also be responsible for the management and delivery of our HR documentation as well as on-boarding and other HR processes.This is a great team role and pitching in to help create and deliver HR and Organisational Development (OD) initiatives and programmes will be essential - enriching our team with your experience, recruitment and operational knowledge, creativity and positive attitude.You will also be involved in supporting WEL's Wellington-based subsidiary, NewPower NZ Ltd.What can you bring us?
