About the role We have an awesome role for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join our fun, down to earth and high performing P&O team. This role will be offered on an initial 15-month fixed term basis; however, for the right person, we'd like to consider permanent opportunities. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing: Provide first level HR advice, generalist support and coaching to our managers on a broad range of complex HR issues and practices, building capability, and offering solutions in accordance with relevant procedures, policies, and legislation. Under the guidance and direction of the People and Organisation team, provide internal and external stakeholders with timely advice on employment matters and interpretation of legislative obligations. Support a range of HR initiatives and projects. End to end management of the employee lifecycle ensuring a high-quality service for the business. About you: Passionate about people and the environment. 3+ Years of HR experience. Experience working in a high-growth and agile organization in a similar role. Strong relationship-building skills to drive change and partner effectively across all levels of the business. Experience working in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment.
