Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to join our Malvern plant based in Christchurch.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining robust employee recordsRecruitment and onboardingAssisting with performance management and disciplinary processesOverseeing contractor induction and complianceSupporting various other administration departments as necessaryQualificationsWe are looking for a person that can juggle multiple complex priorities and deadlines. Previous exposure to recruiting, incident investigation, report writing and the implementation of 'best practice' HR procedures would be advantageous.
