Based in Ashburton, this newly created role reflects our continued growth. As Executive Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to the four members of our Executive Management Team (EMT). Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling communications for the CEO and the EMT.In addition, you'll assist with preparing reports and presentations, organising documents, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate the needs of the team will be crucial. You will also handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, ensuring business operations are seamlessly supported.This is an exciting opportunity to bring your organisational skills and proactive approach to a growing team, ensuring the EMT's efficiency and effectiveness are optimised.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
