Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications : Previous experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
