About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our expanding team based in Waihi.
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team to ensure the organisation is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to HR Administration and Recruitment.
You are required to support the timely and efficient processing of recruitment and selection that results in a positive candidate experience.
To be successful you will be able to deliver in the following areas: Hold a high level of confidentiality Complete general HR administration as required Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation Complete general recruitment administration as required Provide support with phone screening and reference checks for candidates Organise and book interviews and pre-employment medical appointments To be considered for this position you must have proven experience in an administration position, training will be provided to the right candidate.
