We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and variety, whilst positively contributing to the overall success on plantReporting to our Plant HR Administration Manager your main duties will include:Greeting seasonal applicants as they arrive to the plantAssisting with pre screening and inputting information into our HRIS systemWork with local agencies and organisations in relation to seasonal recruitment needs (eg: Work and Income, Immigration New Zealand)Support salaried recruitment activity where needed by the HR administration Manager and Regional HRAll other duties as may be reasonably required to support the Plants HR Functions.We are looking for a confident and driven self-starter to excel in this role. You will have previous experience in administration and/or HR within an operational environment and hold a relevant qualification, alongside:Excellent administrative, system and organisation skillsStrong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)A high level of communication skills – both written and verbalBeing a natural problem solverStrong numerical ability and attention to detailThe ability to work within a team environmentKo koe pea tenei? - Sound like your kind of role?If being encouraged to pursue excellence every day inspires you, you will fit right in here.
