We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspire our already well established and hardworking team of hospital housekeeping staff to maintain the exemplary standards of cleanliness and patient service that MercyAscot are proud of.
Based primarily at Ascot Hospital in Greenlane, and reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will supervise the afternoon-evening shift. Leading by example, you'll provide your team with direction, support, and achievable goals. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you'll bring valuable expertise and knowledge to help streamline processes and promote efficiency.
This is a Permanent Full-time position Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

Worked as a professional cleaner preferably in a hospital or large commercial settingExperience supervising, motivating and performance managing staff preferredA clear, communicative style with the ability to influence and form effective working relationshipsNumerical & analytical skills with the ability to leverage information for effective decision-makingMercyAscot is New Zealand's largest private surgical facility, delivering care to patients across three Auckland sites.
