This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who is focused on ensuring high-quality content that realizes PMN's Moanaverse strategy and adheres to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive programming plan that aligns with our digital-first approach while staying ahead of industry trends. Programming and Music Selection: Manage music selection using GSelector, fostering external relationships to enhance our programming and ensure cultural competency. Audio Visual Production: Lead all audio-visual production efforts, from engineering to content curation, and coordinate events that engage our audience. Team Management: Oversee the broadcast team, ensuring smooth operations, fostering innovation, and supporting professional growth. Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to grow our audience on digital platforms and refine programming based on audience metrics and feedback. Commercial Oversight: Manage client relations and social media strategies to promote our programming effectively. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to broadcasting standards and prepare reports on programming performance. Partnerships and Collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders to maximize growth opportunities and promote digital initiatives. Budget Management: Oversee the programming budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in radio, programming, or a related field. Technical proficiency in audio-visual production and broadcasting software. Proven track record of managing multiple brands or projects successfully. Strong understanding of digital media trends and audience analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
