Platinum Queenstown Luxury Villas is a 36-three-bedroom five-star apartment property located on Fernhill.
We are seeking applications for a full-time Housekeeping Manager.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the housekeeping department operate efficiently and deliver exceptional standards for our guests and team members.
This is a supportive role, and you must lead confidently by example and work alongside the team as and when needed.
This includes a willingness to work weekends and some public holidays.
Key Attributes No less than two years of previous management and supervisory experience in a similar position.Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.Superior time management skills and efficient work habits.Previous cleaning experience to a high standard in a similar style property.Proven ability to motivate and guide a productive, happy team.Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all daily arrival villas are presented to the highest standard.Ensuring appropriate levels of daily room and linen supplies are maintained.Prepare team rosters, ensuring appropriate levels of cover are in place for each day's activity.Manage cost controls across all aspects of the housekeeping department.
Procurement of ongoing replacement items throughout the villas.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
Assist in onboarding new team members and ensure appropriate training is provided using regularly updated SOPs.Conduct bi-annual housekeeping team appraisals.
Ensure all team members maintain and adhere to all health and safety policies.We are a small, fully staffed, supportive team offering excellent pay rates, paid breaks and regular rewards, all in a property you will be proud to join.
