Join our Airlie Beach team as the Housekeeping Manager today! F ull-time or Part-time positions available. How You'll Shine As the Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for supervising the daily work of all Housekeeping staff ensuring efficient and high quality service is provided to the guests.
Plan, control and direct the administration and operation of Housekeeping within the Resort.Conduct daily quality checks and periodic inspections of all resort areas to check the standards of cleaning and maintenance are as required.Responsible for the ordering and distribution of linen, cleaning chemicals, guest supplies and the smooth operation of public areas.How You'll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people. At least 3 years relevant work experience or; a relevant qualification at level 4 or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF) Fluency in English (written and verbal) A sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, including safe chemical handlingThorough understanding of factors contributing to a successful housekeeping operationDemonstrated strong communication and leadership abilitiesPrevious experience with quality control, inventory control, rostering and maintaining costs to budgetProven ability to adhere to the principles of high quality, service excellence and attention to detailHave the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.Where Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
