The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing all the client relationship aspects for the Tauranga Region. You will be safety-obsessed, provide exceptional leadership through role modeling Road Safe's core values, drive the Road Safe culture and the Road Safe way, as well as having demonstrable experience managing and exceeding client expectations. About you: Experience in TTM is essential (STMS CAT A/B/C + mentoring tickets preferred) Superb relationship management skills Great organisation and planning skills Be able to handle multiple demands on your time and conflicting priorities, Be available to work Monday to Sunday (this is not a Monday – Friday role) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills A positive 'can do' approach to challenges Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and COPTTM.
