Job Description Housekeeping Manager: To manage the hotel to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that is consistent with the Accor Group standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices.Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience of which at least 1 to 2 years in similar role in an international environment.Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.Strong customer focused & relationship management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with problem solving techniques.Strong process orientation; leadership abilities and organizational skills.Entrepreneurial skills, thinks out of the box.Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.Dynamic and result oriented.Additional Information What is in it for you:
