Housekeeper/ General Assistant

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Currently £12.44/hr (with live-in options if required)
Over the last three and a half years, we have seen a significant increase in the number of people using St Katharine's Parmoor. As a result, we now have capacity to add new members to the team.

We are a small, hard-working, and dedicated team looking for suitably qualified or experienced individuals:
Responsibilities:
Service bedrooms and all public areas.
Assist in the kitchen and serve meals in the dining room.
The roles are based on a 35-hour week, including weekend working. Onsite accommodation may be available if required.

St Katharine's Retreat House, Parmoor is a Christian House of Prayer situated just outside the village of Frieth. It is a haven for quiet reflection for people of all faiths and none, providing a venue for retreats, quiet days, and other gatherings. The house was originally the home of the Sisters of St Katharine and later given to Sue Ryder for its current role.
Being a Christian is not an occupational requirement for this role, but we hope that any successful applicant will be sympathetic and supportive of the Christian ethos of the house.
