We are looking for a full-time Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to join our busy Front Office Team. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, processing check-in/check-out and assisting with guest queries. If you are an experienced hotel receptionist and are happy to work both the AM or PM shift on a rostered basis including weekends, we'd love to welcome you to our friendly team. From time to time, you may be asked to cover Night Audit to allow for leave for other staff.
To be considered for this role:
1 year or more previous hotel Front Office experience; training will be provided.
You must be available to work on a flexible rostered basis for AM/PM including weekends (rosters are on a rotating basis).
You have high attention to detail and love using your customer service skills.
You are familiar with hotel software including POS and PMS systems.
You are hardworking and reliable.
You are eager to learn and develop your career in the hospitality industry.
You have good decision-making skills and can use your initiative.
