We're on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our hostel team.
As the right-hand person to our Accommodation Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a dedicated crew to provide exceptional 24/7 care to both guests and staff.
As seasons shift, you'll seamlessly transition from hosting guests during sunny summer days to managing the cosy winter haven for our fantastic staff working across both Cardrona and Treble Cone during the snow season.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in delivering round-the-clock care to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all guests and staff.
Supporting the manager in maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and the building at all times.
Liaising with guests and staff on accommodation matters, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
Working with the team to uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Coordinating with service providers to enhance the overall guest experience and seek support from the Accommodation Manager and Head of Guest Services as needed.
What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and caring for our hostel family.
Quick thinking and adept at handling matters related to accommodation services with a proactive approach.
Ability to lead and support a dedicated crew, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
A commitment to maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and service providers.
