This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a diverse team.This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional to enter a new world of opportunity in healthcare.What the role will cover:Operational Management: managing day-to-day operations to ensure excellent functioning.Customer experience: ensuring high standards of service, including by addressing needs and concerns promptly and effectively.Client expectations: meeting client expectations and needs, including all budgetary and contractual requirements.Team Leadership: leading a team, to foster a positive work environment.Financial Oversight: managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.Compliance, Quality Control and Safety: ensuring compliance with all NZ food and hospitality requirements and best practice, including health and safety regulations, and maintaining standards in line with industry best practices.Reputational growth: enhancing and growing Ovation's reputation both at the site and in the wider marketplace.
