Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)Full timeFar North Community Hospice is seeking a Shop Manager for this exciting new position based in Coopers Beach.This role is responsible for managing our new Hospice Shop selling donated goods to raise funds to ensure Hospice services remain free to our community and to positively manage the public profile of our Hospice.We are a small but dedicated team that works hard to provide specialist palliative care to people in the far north community. This role is busy and varied, relying on your retail and coordinating experience.We would love to hear from you if you have:Experience in retail, coordinating, and not-for-profit organisationsEnthusiasm for promoting Hospice and organising in-store initiativesExceptional communication skills and creativity to optimise the Hospice retail experience for our customersSuperior relationship building and networking skillsEnjoy being part of a supportive teamYou will:Coordinate securing and receiving donated goods for sorting and retail saleLead and manage a team of retail and processing volunteersImprove and develop communications for the Hospice Retail networkBuild relationships with retail customersYou must have the personal skills and relationship ability to lead and inspire volunteers, create new partnerships with our other retail outlets, and have a strong heart for Hospice's vision.
