About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team at our Honda East Auckland Store as a Honda Ambassador (New and Used Car Salesperson). In this role, you won't just be selling cars – you'll be representing the Honda brand and everything it stands for.
Your mission is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by actively promoting Honda products and services. With a strong sales background, self-motivation, and resilience, you will thrive in our competitive market. We provide in-house training, opportunities to earn extra commission, and an existing customer database to kick-start your success.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Honda products and services
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention
Actively promote the Honda brand and its offerings, showcasing our vehicles' unique features and benefits
The successful candidate will have the following:
Target-driven with a can-do, winning attitude
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
Confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in telephone prospecting and telemarketing
Hardworking and a result-orientated mindset
Be well organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in the automotive industry
Speaks Mandarin and/or Cantonese are advantageous but not essential
