Established in 1991, Te Puna Ora o Mataatua delivers an integrated range of community health, general medical, homebased, and social services within the Mataatua rohe, Mai Nga Kuri a Wharei ki Tihirau.He aha te tunga? | What is the role?Our Homebased Support Service is our largest service, with over 400 support workers caring for whanau in their homes throughout the Mataatua rohe. Our Coordinators are dedicated to their mahi, coordinating a caseload ofsupport workers to ensure whanau receive the utmost quality support and care in the comfort of their own homes.This mahi includes recruiting and supporting support workers and coordinating referrals and cares for clients. Home visits are required and careplans need to be developed for our clients. A vehicle will be available to use for this role for the required travel. This is a super busy role, in an environment where no two days are the same - but the mahi is rewarding!For this mahi, we are looking for a genuinely caring person, who is the epitome of aroha ki te tangata.
