Harcourts Holmwood is a high performing real estate company with a very strong market share in Christchurch.
We currently have a unique and exciting opportunity available for a motivated person to be in charge of our Operations for Harcourts Holmwood's 5 Residential, Commercial and our large Property Management Offices in Christchurch.
This is a very busy role, the right person will be good at systems, and will collaborate with our very successful in-house Marketing Department.
It is essential that you are well-organised, determined individual with exceptional communication skills.
You will have:
Passion and energy.
The ability to motivate - lead change management.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Determination for success.
Proven problem solving and strategic thinking.
Experience in Marketing / Digital would be an advantage.
