Holiday Homes Management & Cleaning Services (Picton) Bachcare is looking for a driven individual to manage its holiday homes portfolio in beautiful Picton. Who are we?
From humble beginnings in 2003, managing three baches in the Coromandel, Bachcare has grown to become New Zealand's largest holiday home management company with over 2,400 properties across Aotearoa. The business is on a growth journey and relies heavily on its on-the-ground contractors to deliver its service promise to owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow your own portfolio of holiday homes
Preparing properties for a seamless guest stay
Provide or arrange cleaning services in a timely manner and to the high standards required by Bachcare
Provide support to guests during their stay where required. You are the eyes & ears on the ground!
Ensure guest and owner experience exceeds all expectations
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with property owners
Key Requirements
Must be based/live in the area or its surroundings (15kms)
Must have a full NZ driver license and own a car. You also must have a computer, internet access, and mobile phone
Be flexible to provide services during weekends, school and public holidays
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Great attention to detail and excellent project/time management skills
The ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, work autonomously, and take ownership of services
A team player
Loads of drive to succeed
Be willing to roll your sleeves up and get the job done while being courteous, caring, and outgoing with a can-do attitude
