UP2IT Access Hire – Auckland, North IslandAccess hire equipment is our game and we are on the hunt for an experienced Hire Coordinator who is solution-focused with a can-do attitude, to oversee the hire/rental lifecycle and associated operational and administrative activities, whilst providing top-notch customer experiences every time!Focus areas for this role will include operational support, fleet management, general office duties and customer experiences.Calling customer championsCoordinate equipment and solve logistical challengesEast Tamaki locationDo you have exceptional customer service, thrive on logistical challenges and have an ability to make things happen?We would love to talk to you if you:2 years' in a customer-focused role, ideally within the hire, construction or transport and logistics industry.Comfortable working in a workshop/yard environment and dealing with different personalities/cultures.Strives for a high level of customer satisfaction (internal and external) and delivery focus.Great communication skills – both verbal and written.Able to connect with, build and maintain relationships at all levels.Learning agile, able to quickly grasp latest technology and systems as required.Comfortable to work independently (undirected) and as part of a team.Top-notch attention to detail, organising, prioritising and time management skills.Has good initiative and willingness to take on tasks/projects through to completion.Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, with a positive attitude.Agile, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel (to at least intermediate level).Do what you say you will – deliver on promises.Can-do attitude and takes initiative.Preferred:Hire booking software experience e.g. QuipliWhat's in it for you?A good team culture: as a small team we assist each other wherever we canGood salary and benefitsAwesome team environment: we celebrate our successes and support each otherLearning and development opportunitiesA little about us:UP2IT Access Hire is an industry leader in access hire equipment based in East Tamaki.
