Lifeline provides a 24/7 nationwide helpline and text-line counselling service to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of our callers and communities.Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity Our Lifeline Counsellors work allocated shifts on a fortnightly basis to answer calls across our helplines and or text message line.The shifts are from 7am to 3.30pm and 3.30pm to 12.00am.
