Mo te turanga | About the Role We're seeking a tech enthusiast with a flair for processes to join our IT Team as a Helpdesk Support Technician.
This role is integral to our operations, offering support and ensuring the smooth running of our systems.
You'll be the go-to person for all things tech support, helping everyone stay connected and sorted with their IT needs.
Providing ad hoc training and delivering the IT Induction training to all new staff.
Manage the setup and maintenance of residential communication systems.
You'll help keep our tech gear in check with regular audits and ensure anything tech-related follows health and safety guidelines.
Nga haora kua tohua | Rostered hours: Monday to Friday (1.0 FTE) Mo koe | About You Previous experience is not a prerequisite because we provide on-the-job training.
You will either be an experienced Helpdesk Technician looking for a change or simply looking for a career where you can celebrate your enthusiasm and passion for helping others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to document processes.
Ideally, experience in a service desk environment.
